Synchronizing your Google, Microsoft, or other mailboxes on Hubflo is very simple!

The connection is 100% secure. Your emails are encrypted, and no one at Hubflo has access to them. Start by clicking on the "Emails" icon or on "Calendar":

1 - Gmail Synchronization:

🔓 No worries, Hubflo has obtained Google certification; everything is secure, and you can grant all permissions.

Be careful: safely grant all permissions to Gmail so that synchronization works properly.

2 - Microsoft or other mailboxes:

🔓 No worries, the connection is made via our integration partner Nylas, it is totally secure and GDPR compliant.

  • Don't see your host on our list? Click on "See all providers" and then on "Custom IMAP settings" if it still doesn't appear in the list:

  • Enter the email & password of the mailbox you want to synchronize:

👉 If your host is not on the list of suggestions you will need to:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. At your domain name click on "Manage"

  3. Click on "Email Administration"

  4. Click on "Actions"

You will then see the 3 necessary pieces of information - password, IMAP, and SMTP - that you will need to copy and paste on Hubflo. Example with IONOS:

Operation Completed!

Your emails and events will appear progressively (it may take a few minutes). If you still see nothing, click on the button at the top right to refresh the synchronization.
