# How to countersign a proposal

If you have e-signatures enabled on your proposal, you'll need to countersign it after your client signs.

If you have e-signatures enabled, you'll be prompted to countersign after your client. When the client signs, you'll see a **Your turn to sign** badge on the proposal in Hubflo and receive an email notification.

1. Open the full proposal to continue.

2. With the proposal open, scroll to the bottom and click **Continue**. Then add your signature:

- **Use the pre-filled signature**: click **Click to sign** to apply it automatically

- **Draw your own**: draw your signature, click **Use this signature** to confirm, then click **Click to sign**

Once both parties have signed, the proposal moves from **Issued** to **Accepted** and draft [invoices are generated based on your payment schedule](https://support.hubflo.com/en/articles/6772082-how-to-create-a-proposal.md#h_5533daf874).
