Finished a project or want to clean up your view? Archiving hides the workspace (and its chatroom) from your active list—you can unarchive it anytime if you need it back!
To get started, head to Client Portal > Workspaces
Click the 3-dot menu > Archive
What Happens When You Archive
The linked chatroom is also archived automatically
If a client only has access to archived workspaces, they’ll land on the Portal Home after logging in. They won’t be able to access the full Client Portal.
If a client has access to multiple workspaces, and at least one is active, they’ll still access the portal as usual.
→ The archived workspaces will appear in their sidebar under “Archived.”
You can unarchive at any time — everything will be fully restored.
Restore Workspace
To restore a workspace, head to Client Portal > Workspaces
Find the “Archived” tab on the top right corner
Click the 3-dot menu > Unarchive — everything, including the chatroom, will be restored.
