Reset or change your password

Learn how to reset or change your client portal password.

There are two ways to update your password depending on your situation.

  • If you're logged out and can't remember your password, you can reset it from the sign-in page.

  • If you're already logged in and just want to change it, you can update it directly from your account settings.

Reset your password

Use this method if you can't log in.

  1. Go to your portal's sign-in page and click Log in

  2. Enter your email address and click Reset password

  3. Click Reset password again to confirm

  4. If your email is registered in the portal, you'll receive a password reset email

  5. Open the email and click Reset password

  6. Enter your new password and confirm it

  7. Click Change my password

You're all set! Log in with your new password.

Update your password

Use this method if you're already logged in.

  1. Click your name in the bottom-left corner of the portal

  2. Enter your new password

  3. Enter your current password to confirm

  4. Click Update
