If you’re having issues accessing your client portal, don’t worry! Below are the most common login issues and how to resolve them.

1/ You've Already Logged Into the Portal Before

If you’ve logged in before but are now having trouble accessing your portal, try the following:

Use the Correct Email

Make sure you’re entering the same email address that was used to activate your account. If you’re unsure, contact [email protected].

Reset Your Password

If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot password?” on the login page to reset it.

Didn’t Receive the Reset Email?

• Check your spam or junk folder.

• If you still don’t see it, reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

Still Can’t Log In?

If you’ve already logged in before and can’t reset your password, contact [email protected] for help.

2/ First Time Logging Into the Portal?


a) I haven't received an invite via email to the portal

If this is your first time accessing the portal, keep in mind that you can’t sign up on your own—you need to be invited.

Haven’t Received an Invite?

• Your service provider needs to send you an invitation.

• If you haven’t received one, contact them directly and ask them to invite you.


b) I've received an invite via email to activate my portal account

• Open the email

• Click the link and follow the steps to set up your login credentials.

Using the Mobile App?

• Enter the same email where you received your invite.

• Follow the activation steps from there.
