Hubflo now allows you to define three specific access levels for your clients on each workspace:
1. Chatroom Access: Decide whether a client can join the workspace’s chatroom.
2. Tasks Access: Choose whether they see all tasks or only those assigned to them.
3. Folders Access: Control which folders a client can access within the workspace.
You now have a dedicated page to manage client permissions for each workspace:
1. Click on the list of active or invited clients at the top of the workspace.
2. You’ll be redirected to the Permissions Page, where you can adjust all access levels:

1. Access to the Chatroom 💬
• When inviting a client (new or existing), you can grant or deny them access to the chatroom linked to the workspace.

2. Access to Tasks ☑️
• You can decide if the client:
• Has access to all tasks in the workspace.
• Can only view tasks specifically assigned to them
During the invitation process, you can choose whether your client will see all tasks or only the ones assigned to them:

3. Access to Folders 📁
• By default, invited clients have access to all folders within the workspace.
• During the invitation process, you can deselect specific folders to restrict access.
An icon next to the folder indicates its access level:
a green icon means all clients have access:
a red icon signifies restricted access: you can click on it to quickly view the list of clients with restricted access to the folder and adjust their permissions as needed.
